Brilliant Steve, and the first one I saw at the top of the page was "Comerfords", outside where I bought my first Baja Speedblock from back in the summer of '78 
Apparently there is a way of finding out who the original supplying fizzy/bike Dealer was from the Reg Number, as there is an organisation who bought the old DVLA records and have them archived now. They can also tell you who was the first owner/registered keeper I believe? Cost to do the search is around £8 I think? I need to ask the source of this info for the name of the organisation if he will tell me?
