Genuine barrel bored out or an athena kit is the only way, I had a chinky kit on popsi rider is sounded like the small end was gone, needless to say its not on there now, the athena kit is like a turbo charger.

Day off work as it's my rideout weekend.. :D Plan is to get the engine rebuilt and back in the frame this morning. Loads of bits arrived this week including muddie, sprocket carrier etc from TC / Per (Top notch - thanks fellas).

Will post some pics later if all goes to plan - no pics means that I'll have lost the head and its all gone wrong... again...

NO PICS! :shock: So, I buy a top-end rebuild kit - not a cheapie but not an athena, something that looks ok. I order said kit of the Internet and it arrives today. Complete top-end rebuild kit. How can people advertise a complete top end rebuild kit which does not include a small-end bearing!!

Engine back in today, and really starting to look good - well to me anyway!! Pattern exhaust needs a wee bit of fettling to fit properly, but it will!!

I could'nt live with that head and yellow shocks but hey its a looking very smart.

Hey TC... don't tell anyone :D ... but nor can I!! I hate the head, it looks abysmal and I will be changing the shocks...
