Re: pricey fizzy
could be another nice early one coming along in the future, a shop near me who i bought a popsy and dx from a few years ago also had a gold bike, he told me he would never sell as he was going to restore it for use as a film prop then last week bingo it only turned out to be an ss with a real early frame number starting *394-000???* a real early survivor

Re: Pricey Fizzy
I would not say this was too high a price to pay for a fizzy in that condition in today's market.
The cost of parts and services has shot up in the past 12 months and the early "SS" is always a very sought after model, especially as it's going to be celebrating it's 40th Anniversary very shortly
I have personally just sold a very nice Popsicle Purple for similar money and replaced it with a stunning DX at the same price, so it seems to be the going rate for a fizzy with 95% or more genuine parts and the right history etc.
