Just a quick line the Thundersprint 2012 is on the weekend of 13th/14th May next year about 4 of us have signed up so far but if your interested get in touch with the organisers asap via http://www.thundersprint.com/ it is very popular and will be full soon and I mean very soon! it is the weekend before the Brighton run but a couple of us are planning on doing both.
It is well worth it great atmosphere and big names, Chesca Miles, Danny Webb and many other big names from motorcycle racing are attending as well as the fizzy crew there where 200,000 visitors last and as it's a free event in the town centre you have the facilities of the town.
If you can't join us at the show and in the pit's and cavalcade on your Ped's or other bikes please come along and say hello.
You know it makes sense + the racing area now has outline planning permission for development so who knows what the future holds for the event..
See you there.

Re: Thundersprint 2012
The ones of us around here do a few local events including:
The Wirral Egg Run,
The Thundersprint,
VJMC Lymm Show,
Warrington Classic show,
Kelsall Steam and Vintage Rally,
Widnes Classic Rally
to name a few keeping the fizzy (and our other bikes on the road) have to see what we can organise.
All bikes need to be booked in though and they need to be booked in soon.

Moto 2 Superstar Scott Redding Returns to Thundersprint 2012
Following his success in the end-of-season testing, when he was the world’s fastest rider in Moto2, Bennetts sponsored Scott Redding is to return to his favourite day off during the 2012 season – the Thundersprint!
This year, the affable Englishman had the huge Thundersprint crowds on their feet with his all action, tyre shredding antics on the Bennetts Yamaha R1 and Scott is keen to return for even more showboating in 2012.
Scott said: “Except for the early start on Sunday morning – 6am really is stupid o’clock if I’m not at a GP - I had a fantastic time at the Thundersprint.
“The crowds were incredible not only in terms of their size but the welcome they gave me. Riding the Bennetts R1 was a great experience too - although I may have to bring my own tyres this time!
