Aviator pics

Of all the pics in my pc, I dont have one that is 100pxs by100pxs. and less than 6kb. so how do i load a pic onto Aviator???????

On mine i save it to the desk top etc,then upload to photobucket or whatever you use but first select the size that you wish the image to be when uploaded.
Hope that makes sense
