Not fizzie related but please help if you can

A mate of mine who some of you will know, Chris 'Hampo' Hampshire had his two bikes stolen from round the back of his apartment in Newcastle last night. It would be great if you could all keep your eyes out and also post this on any other forums you go on. I know the chances of getting them back are slim but there is always hope. The details I have are as follows;


Yamaha RD350YPVS Reg number D50KJT, frame and engine number 1WT004499

Yamaha RD500LC Reg number A538MWD frame and engine number 57x

The 500 was immaculate, the 350 had nearly 70,000 miles on the clock and was his much loved, well travelled old faithful.

Slightly good news. Just heard off Hampo that they think it was joy riders who took them, the 500 has been found in a field, he doesn't know what state it's in yet, it had hardly any fuel so that's maybe why it got dumped, the F2 had no pipes on so must have been loud. He heard two bikes been thrashed last night, he know realises they were probably his. So at least they weren't nicked by an organised gang to either break them or ship them out of the country.
