whats a nos 1974 exhaust worth. still wrapped and immaculate

Is it safe to use the old leaded 4 star in my fizzy? I have had problems with ethanol gum in the carb due to my tank being lined. Or does the premium unleaded with startron additive as good. I have access to the 4 star but not cheap £2 litre

Yes that's a great help as my mate can also identify his m reg bike which has been owned by him for 30 yrs. was hand painted red when he bought it. I,am desperately trying to get him to restore her

does anyone know when Yamaha changed the name from the SS to the fs1e.I was recently talking to a guy who has a ss registered in dec 1973,while mine is registered in nov 73 as a fs1e. any ideas ???
